Glad to hear your doing well, it's good when you find something that keeps you going.I ran my firast 5k and i'v started a new battle which i'v blogged about both.I'm on a mission and i need to apply the same amount of focus on my eating as i have on my running.

I know what you mean last time i decided to lose weight and excelled all i could of imagined this time i think i should be that size now and i'm no where near.I think you get a bit impatient and cocky when you'v done it before and kind of sbatage yourself.i don't know still trying to figure myself out lol.
I lost lb this week and i feel good.The runs are going well and although i'm losing really slow this time i'm just happy to see it go down by every ounze if i have to lol but i'm determind and sticking it out.
Plus the fact that i'v got 3 weddings this year i want to try my best.The eating out thing is awful you do it once, twice grrr but you can bring it back and try to eat lighter meals the rest of the day. 1993 days ago
