2010- TO MAINTAIN GOAL WEIGHT WITHIN 2-3 LB. RANGE.
2011- TO MAINTAIN WEIGHT AND CONTINUE TO SPARK FORWARD!

My Program:
I am trying to use the Spark website as much as possible to stay motivated - Nutrition and Fitness Tracker especially! Have increased my exercise and strength training programs. Also, I've been drinking plenty of water!

Today we honor the birthday of A.A. Milne, the author of Winnie the Pooh. Winnie the Pooh Day is an opportunity to enjoy your favorite bear and all of his friends. This day was created to celebrate the birth of A.A .Milne in 1882. He was an author of children's story books, and created Winnie the Pooh and his friends.
