My Goals:
I just want to be as fit as possible for as long as possible. Age is trying to catch up to me, and I'll be goshdurned if I'm going to just let it happen. I will no doubt lose weight in the process, but that's not the goal - just a pleasant side effect.
My Program:
Slow and careful increases in exercise. 30 mins a day is good, following the Spark program.
