p.s. I saw your profile through a comment you made about a Bosu ball exercise --- after I saw that Coach Nicole demo, I have decided that I must get a Bosu ball --- looks like a fantastic way to get in some good strength training exercise. I have good balance, so it should be a good fit for me.
