On the Slow but Steady (sometimes) Turtle train.

As a thin person all my young life, I never worried or even thought about how to lose weight. I just assumed I never would have this problem. After the birth of my 2nd and 3rd child, I no longer could ignore this. Many attempts have failed so far. Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, self-created plans, etc. I thought this would be so easy, but now I know better. I am almost 62 and still can't seem to get the weight off. I think I still can't believe I ever became heavy! The "me" on the inside ...

Need to get together with myself!

Not sure what to do next.

You will love the Spark Activity Tracker. It is so smart for it's size !
The wonderful thing about the tracker is that it doesn't really need much attention, it works more or less by it's following you around all day. The start up was so simple that even I was able to do it the first time.
Keeping you in my thoughts and daily prayers for you and your family and all the medical staff that you will be seeing over the period up to and including your surgery and yes, even for that hopefully short recovery period. Kay & The Pups

Thank you for commenting. Man, I love the MM ears on the less than thrilled BT! :)

I've always figured, quitting smoking is one thing, because it's an all or nothing situation. I imagine that makes it both harder and easier at the same time than dieting, where it of course can never be all or nothing.
