Hi,
My name is Shea. I was sent to spark people by an local obesity clinic some years back and love the tracking and workout motivators. I have always been active and love working out but continue to struggle to lose weight. I often say I'm the fittest fat person you know. This year 2012/2013 I have challaged myself to become my healthiest self ever! I'm devoted, motivated and as some put a little obsessed. But as another Spark Member recently posted, "Obsessed is the term lazy people use to decribe dedication." It's time for the outside to match the the way I feel on the inside. I am ready to concur the challenge!

My Goals:
Track, Track, Track!!!!


My Program:
I'm currently working with a trainer and nutrition coach to gain lean muscle, repair global weakness from injuries and burn fat, fat, fat!! I workout 6 sessions per week- 3 strengths and 3 cardios of my choice which is great at keeping me motivated and challenged. We do anything from weights, TRX, boxing, Hiit sessions, Yoga and more. You name it we do it! My nutrition at this time is small meal consisting of a ratio of protein to healthy carbs. A few rules as of yet are a ratio of carbs to protein and no wheat, sugar, dairy or pork.



Personal Information:
I'm a 35yr. wife and mother of two. I love to cook, travel, working out, music and spending time with family.
