Road to Wrestlemania 30

Strange title right? Well I chose the title because a trip I am planning next spring with my son is one of our main fitness/ weight loss motivators. God, help me we are both fans of the WWE & are planning our vacation around wrestlemania 30 in New Orleans next year. My son & I both need to lose weight & get fit and this seemed like the perfect motivator. I told him we don't want to waste the big trip being tired & sluggish, not to mention uncomfortable.

Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.

Too many people confine their exercise to jumping to conclusions, running up bills, stretching the truth, bending over backwards, lying down on the job, sidestepping responsibility and pushing their luck.
