6/13/17 - Day 1 Re-Start

Now it's a new year 2017 and I am doing good! I am back on track and motivated!

I have a beautiful family and am so blessed. I want to be there for them so I need to continue on this healthy journey.






I can do this...once and for all!
Update 7/29/13 - I've lost 15.2 pounds! Exciting!
Update 8/10/13 - 18.2 Slowly but surely!
Update 8/30/13 - 23 even!
Update 9/12/13 - 25.0, one quarter down!
Update 9/27/13 - 31.6 - Whoo Hoo, passed the 30 mark!
Update 10/4/13 - 33.2 - Worked hard for vacation
Update 1/15/14 - 20.0 - Our 30th wedding vacation in October took a toll; having trouble getting back on track.
Update 4/1 /14 - 18.2 - going backwards; this needs to be a change for a lifestyle!
Update 12/11/14 - I've regained everything back over the past year..ugh...BUT today I started a Biggest Loser Challenge. I hope this is the turnaround I need!!
Update 1/16/15 - I'm back on track and losing; it feels great!
Update 2/19/15 - I have lost 15.3 pounds and earned the title Biggest Loser on my BL challenge!
4/9/15 - 21 pounds!
5/26/15 - I've been up and down and up and down and find myself today at the exact same weight as I was back on 4/9. Time for the YoYo to stop and to see that scale go down! Looking forward to the BL Summer Challenge!
9/25/15 - 24.7 pounds!
8/22/16 - Need help doing this!!
9/11/16 - Joined WW, need a shove!
10/20/16 - WW must have been what I needed, I am doing great! Lost 16.7 since starting.
11/22/16 - Lost 3.9 last week for a total of 28.6!
1/16/17 - As of 9/11/16 I've lost 27.6 pounds. Feeling great to be back on track.

I re-started Spark in June 2013. Right now I am just keeping my calories in range. I am TRYING incorporate exercise and am planning to hop on my treadmill now that I moved it to the new den and it won't be used as a closet anymore!!

My name is Teri ~ I live on the west coast of the state of Washington, in the beautiful Pacific NW. We live 30 miles from the beach and go at every opportunity, it's my favorite thing! I've been married to my wonderful DH 33 years and have two awesome kids, Dane 29 and Lindsay 25. I am truly blessed!


Other Information:
I love the beach, music, interior decorating, gardening, anything artistic and kitties!

I could watch DIY network and HGTV all day long!

I love going to concerts and go as often as I can.

Did I say I LOVE THE BEACH! :)

    So before you give the tatas a once-over, let’s get in a workout first! The exercises listed have a modifier with each, so you can join in at any fitness level! If there’s still something you are unable to do, please modify to meet your specific needs! The point isn’t to show your strength training prowess and be the best of the best. The point is to PARTICIPATE! Now let’s get a little hooter sweat going before we hop in the shower to do our self exams!

    S-50 SQUATS (50 Adductor/Abductors)

    E-50 FRONT JABS (50 Seated Biceps Curls)

    L- 30 LATERAL LUNGES (30 Seated Hip Extensions)

    F-30 FORWARD LUNGES (30 Squats, holding the back of a chair)

    E-50 JUMPING JACKS (50 Seated Jumping Jacks)

    X-30 PUSH UPS (30 Wall Pushups)

    A-30 ALTERNATING HAMSTRING CURLS (30 Standing Hip Flexion/Extension holding the back of a chair or wall)

    M-50 HIGH KNEE MARCH IN PLACE (50 Seated High Knee Marches)
