A new start- 2014 what a year!!

Fed up of feeling fat. Know that I need to stop eating some of the stuff that I do. Fortunately I had lost 28 lb last year but then it just seemed to stop. Need to kick start my weight loss again and get fitter.
update Loving Sparkpeople- bring out the mischievous side in me! Getting much fitter and realising I will get there!

Personal Information:
I consider myself to be very fortunate. I have been very happily married for a lot of years!! I have two wonderful children. One of which has some challenges due to disabilities but she teaches me daily that a positive attitude makes the world a whole lot happier!!

Other Information:
I have always got my nose in a book. I have spent most of my life studying and working. I am not working or studying for the first time ever so devoting sometime to getting myself fit and healthy. Will read just about anything but am a science geek I guess. I also cook!!
