For the 1st time in my adult life (and I am 35), I feel confident that I'm ready and willing to make a huge change in my habits and to stop taking the easy road. I expect to make mistakes and some bad choices along the way, but I am determined to change my life.

Current Status:
SHEMIGHTBE In the gym for the first time in about 3 weeks and it was hard because my legs are crampy, but it feels good to have worked on my goals.
