My Goals:
Chief Goal: Weigh in at 155lbs or less.

Start back running 5k/10k races.

Eventually train for a 1/2 marathon or full marathon.

My Program:
Overall my program is directly revolved around changing my bad eating habits. I find that if I plan my meals each day in the morning, I am more successful at eating healthy throughout the day. I love exercising, so those goals are easier to follow.

Personal Information:
I am from South Georgia and have lived in Georgia all my life. I love visiting Florida beaches and historic sites.

Shenell, thank you for visiting my page. This journey have had many ups and downs for me, but I'll never allow myself to stop. As long as we are on the road to good health (no matter how slow we are going sometimes) we will reach our goals. I had a six week stretch with no weight change even though I was tracking and working out. That was in November mostly, but since then I have seen some changes. I wish you great success to meet your healthy living goals. Benny

Ummmm, hello? You weren't thinking of giving now were you??? A pound of fat is still a pound of fat...btw don't look at my loss per se...I have been on maintenence while deciding if I should get off my butt and do more...take a look at my pics and I think the answer might be clear emoticon
