I know I need help. I know what I should be doing, but have a problem with follow through. I love to eat and don't really like to cook. I have joined a gym and have made an effort to be consistant with that. I am doing this for me as I have high cholesterol and triglycerydes. I am married with a husband who is not very supportive. He can eat everything and can't understand why I limit what I eat. I basically need to learn how to cook better and make better food choices that he would also ...

My goal is to make better choices, put myself first and finally lose this weight that has me overwhelmed and wondering "what happened and when did I lose control?"

-Going to the gym regularly.
- Portion control.

- More of an effort to exercise more.
