What a huge accomplishment you have already made.
don't you dare feel bad about yourself. We all have hurdles to leap. We're all in this together. We have your back girl. Hang it there. Take it one day at a time. Every bit counts. Before you know it, you'll reach your goal. Don't get frustrated on weigh-ins when it seems like it's not coming off either. We all have bad weeks and times when the scale stays the same and sometimes even goes in the opposite direction. These are the times that we must get re-focused on the prize. It's also the time to reach out for some support. Know that we're here for you.
