Hi! My name is Sheri. I am very happily married to my best friend. We have 2 older children, both have moved back home in the past year bringing pets with them. We have a total of three dogs and two cats living in my small home! Our daughter gave birth to our grandson in February to add to the fun!

My Goals:
I'd like to reach and maintain a healthy BMI.

I'd like to make time for myself.

I am seeking balance in my lifestyle, body and my spirit. Binge eating for comfort and recreation does not have a place here! I want to be at peace with myself.

My Program:
Use the nutrition tracker and stay within my range for the day.


I walk daily for 20-60 minutes.

I do other cardio activities, most days such as cycling, DVD's such as Ellen Barrett, Leslie Sansone Walking, Kathy Smith. I do strength training with weights 3 days a week for 20 minutes or more. I also like to do yoga for flexibility and strength several days a week, like Sara Ivanhoe or Yoga Journal, or Yoga Zone.


Other Information:
My favorite movie is the Wizard of Oz.

I think I love Dorothy`s courage, curiosity and big heart!

So glad you checked in this morning! I need to start tracking again, too. It really does help me. I can get on track for a week or 2 without it, then the bad habits infiltrate their way back in! Thanks for caring! Here's to both of us doing better with our eating.

How are you, Sheri? Good to see you continue to do well with your fitness minutes! I'm feeling better about mine, now, too. Still working on the eating part. That is such a challenge for me daily, but I continue to be mindful of all that I've learned. It's coming along! Work in progress....
