Hello! I like to kid myself into thinking that I walk all day and that should count as exercise. It isnt true and my job does involve a lot of walking but it involves a lot of sitting too. I also have a fused ankle from an accident about 12 years ago, and when i gain weight it hurts to walk. I know that losing weight helps me to move better, but when i gain weight i get depressed over it and eat more. i need to get out of this rut and move on!
