My Goals:
I would like to lose weight and keep it off, I can't fit into my clothes, and I refuse to buy new ones. So its I lose weight or I walk around in my P.J.'s all day.



I need to lose lbs for my health also.

My Program:
I will drink 8 glasses of water daily, 3 fruits and veggies a day. I am not dieting, I am changing my life style to a better way of eating, and not getting bored with that.

Personal Information:
I am a 60 year old widow, I live in a small town, in Alberta Canada.

I stay to myself alot. I'm on my computer all day, if I'm not on the net, I'm in the kitchen, I love to cook. I live with my 37 year old son, who is on his own, and never home. I spend most of my time alone.

Other Information:
I like to cook, I love baking , it is my favorite passtime, i'm into plants inside and out. I worked at my family's greenhouse for 7 years, in Saskachewan, so gardens, flower beds,etc, are my passion.

I made it last night Too!!!! Ok tonight is the last night of August and we are going to b great!!! Then September will be a great month for us and our goals!!!

I made it last night but since I didn't make it 3 nights in a row I decided to restart my cotton balls. I now have 1 cotton ball in the jar. Today is the beginning of a new week and we are going to do great. NO SNACKING TONIGHT!!!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

This is 3 nights in a row that I blew it. I ate a bunch of M & M's last night. I seem to be on a candy kick lately. OK today is a new day and tonight we are going to be successful. No more lip survice. Even my husband said something this morning. If he noticed then I'm really screwing up. Tonight is the night for us!!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon We're emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'm so glad you made it last night. Unfortunately last night was not the best for me. I woke up about every hour and went to the kitchen once. Good news is I was hungry. Bad news is that once I had a healthy snack I decided to have a candy bar since I already blew it. I did figure out that I get hungry at night when I don't eat a protein bar before bed. That's a real plus because most of the time I am eating at night when hungry. I only messed up once when I wasn't hungry. We're going to make it tonight!!!!! emoticon

I made it too!!!! Finally we both made it on the same night!!! emoticon We did it!!! A sign sounds like a good idea. I may try that too. I think of you when I want to eat because I know I'm going to have to tell you when I don't make it through the night. This is the 3rd night in a row that I have been successful. I'm trying to make it a week. Baby steps. . .
