Hi, Thanks for stopping by my page!

I'm here to get healthy before my next birthday. I'm a wife and mom to a 16 yr old son, work part time, and seem to have a hard time putting myself first. I've recently rejoined Weight Watchers as I was not seeing results trying to do it on my own. So far I'm liking the program and am seeing results!

I find it easier to concentrate on either the diet or the exercise, but can't seem to get both together. Of the 2, I prefer exercise because I hate planning and tracking food. But I also tend to go gung-ho on exercise and then nothing-so consistancy is a biggy for me.

I'm using a fitness program that has a heart rate monitor now and I've found that to be an eye opener when it comes to getting my HR up as high as it should be. But I do enjoy being able to track my progress with that, so I'm looking forward to exploring SparkPeople and finding ways to track progress here.

I would love any tips or encouragement!
