Well Ive finally decided that it is time to loose over half of myself, my biggest obstical is going to eat breakfast, as it something I dont ever remember doing. Also introducing exercise in to my everyday life will also be a challenge, I find that Im tired all the time and it seems to take a lot of effort just to walk up the stairs to my room.

To be able to enjoy life more!

Start walking more.

My Program:
In order to reach my goals Ive got to learn to enjoy life, easier said than done, try to eat a breakfast which I dont ever remember doing in my life (usually I eat my first meal around noon) drink more water and less coffee, and spend more time walking or on our treadmill.

Other Information:
My husband died quite unexpectedly almost 7 years ago now, and my life has been a constant roller coaster - from having a child go out of control before hitting rock bottom - to worring about how bills are to be met, and somewhere I lost track of me! Im now trying to put my life to rights which is really hard as Ive neglected so much in my life. Ive also discovered that friends that I thought I had are no longer there, but I will find new ones and be better off for it. I also, recently lost my job or should I say my job lost me so that I am now unemployed, talk about adding more stress not less. But again I plan to overcome this as well, who knows, there is probably a better job ahead tor me.

    Good Morning Sherye,

    OMG, You still have my old comments on your page from when I was on SP that time I went under CINDY5412. AWESOME !!!
    My biggest issue right now is finding what to eat, what I can throw together as I live by myself and am not much of a cook. emoticon I can eat 1440 - 1790 calories a day. I looked at the planned meals,some I have in the house currently, some I don't or don't eat.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Sherye, was deleting some of my spark friends and accidently deleted you,sorry. Happy to see your doing good. Winter is cold,rainy,snowy,just plain yucky. So did laundry today; been going to physical therapy to strengthen my hips and lower back. Will be doing occupational therapy for my right wrist...have carpal tunnel.
