get to normal weight, ingrain a healthy lifestyle, and enjoy life in the present, get back in shape, and make as many friends as I can. Target Milestone for 5% Winter Challenge
...lose 12 lbs.

My Program:
whole foods aiming for 7 servings of veggies and fruit, low carb,
low salt, and limited processed foods. Daily goals = 1200-1500 cals, exercise plan-- SparkPeople Videos, Dancing, and Total Gym Strength Train

Always struggled with weight. Escaped from New York City. Need a GPS to help me find my mind. Looking for the 'perfect' man, someone who doesn't have a criminal record, doesn't talk to people who aren't there, and isn't on drugs, or make others want to take drugs while with him.
