I completely reset my goals and am serious about keeping healthy.
I have challenged myself to exercise, mainly hiking, walking and yoga with a few of my teams, so far it has been wonderful.
My diet is almost completely whole food, plant based and I highly recommend "The China Study" to those that wonder why. I love to cook and the recipes are a good challenge
It will be fun! I love all the above.

Eat a minimum of 9 fruits and veggies daily
MOVE every day
Reach my goal in 2015!
My program is whole food plant based WFPB as outlined in the China Study. I have also eliminated wheat in my diet and had a 2 pound loss in one week, which for me is amazing.
I will be hiking 3 days a week or yoga, I have found a new yoga studio.
