My ups and downs!

Hi you, I am 55 years old, and I have been strugelling with my waight for a long time. I was never very big but big enough to not to like myself at times. Hi you, I am 55 years old, and I have been strugelling with my waight for a long time. I was never very big but big enough to not to like myself at times. I joined waight watcher program to jump start my diet, and along with some gym time, I lost a lot of waight (about 30 pounds), then everything stoped. since last December I am working with a fitness/ nutrion trainer and have seen some very good results, but again I like to see a better me. I joined Spark People couple of months ago and I like what I see in the website. I like the daily notes that come to my inbox and the fact that I can write my daily intake of food and the feedback I get.
I know I should not be putting myself down, but sometimes (like now), when am not progressing as I lke, I get upset and thats not a good thing. I am healty and have a active life style. By the way I swim close to a mile every other day at 6 am. Anybody likes to join?

My Goals:
PLEASE help me with loosing the last 10 lb. ITS hard!!!!!!

My Program:
3 days a week swiming about a mile, at the local high school pool (6 am), doing 30 minutes interval cardio 2-3 days a week at the gym, plus strenght training 2 days a week with my trainer. And eating a low fat, low carb, high protein diet (atleast I am trying to)!!!

You've lost an amazing amount of weight!!!! You're also doing all the right things to get those last 10 off. I'm just starting out myself. I need to lose 50 and have some minor medical impediments with hormone and thyroid but am determined to lose it. I get frustrated too but people like you who have travelled the slow, steady, and successful road inspire me! emoticon
