My Program:
My eating plan is 1,500 calorie plan including a variety of gluten free whole foods.
My exercise plan is to cardio workout 5 times a week and a weights work out 3 times a week weights!
Personal Information:
I love nature, and love to spend time hiking, kayaking, camping, snowshoeing, etc. I also love to garden...but I keep it simple and low maintenance because I need plenty of time for summer and winter playtime!
