Is this not the most precious thing you've ever seen?!?!?!
I'm interested in establishing a healthy lifestyle, incorporating proper diet and physical exercise, as well as good mental and spiritual exercises. Consistency has been a lifelong issue. I was a very active teen, but became much less active in college and beyond (and I'm waaaay beyond college now!).
Run a 5K.
Do a metric century ride.
Participate in Ramblin Rose Triathlon.
Drop a size in clothing.
1)Adhere to the 8 wk sprint triathlon training program. Lengthen distances after 8 wks.

I'm Sherri from Winston-Salem, NC. I enjoy cycling, swimming, wogging (walk/jogging), gardening, Bible study, reading, piano, golf, traveling (especially mission trips). I am, unfortunately, a jack of many trades - master of none! That keeps me from getting in a rut, but prevents me from excelling at any one thing.
I am an RN, currently unemployed in order to help care for my parents. I manage a free clinic 2 mornings a week in a low-income area of our town.
Family is my passion. I am motivated to get and stay fit in order to enjoy my family to the max!
I have 2 beautiful granddaughters, Sophie and Lola. Pure bliss :)

so much for your lovely comments on my blogs!
I was SO excited to read about 'In falling Snow'! I googled it immediately. :) I had never heard of that book, although I knew the abbey had been an hospital during the war... Wow, this is so exciting! I'll order the book too! Thank you for telling me about it. You see, you inspire me too!
As for the fabric shops, when you are at the bottom of the stairs leading to the Sacré Coeur, they are basically there (walk slightly right, near the Musée d'Art Naïf). The métro station is Anvers.
P.S. Just to clarify, Morocco is Africa, not Europe! But lots of antique sites to discover as well!
