OVERWEIGHT, AND SICK AND TIRED OF IT !!!!!

Hi Everyone ! In the last 15 years I have gained a lot of weight due to various events that have taken place. I have since been diagnosed with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. So I decided to do myself a favor and lose that extra weight ! I needed more motivation, so thats why I joined SparkPeople ! Since joining in 2008, I
had lost 50 lbs....but in the past year or so, i have slowly been

My Goals:
I need to get myself to exercise each and every day. I need to do my ST at least 3 times a week also !!!

I also need to get more hours
of sleep !!!

My Program:
I am exercising at least 40 minutes each day, cardio and ST 3 X a week; drinking at least 8 glasses of H2 O each day; eating breakfast every day. Trying to get at least 6 1/2 hours of shut-eye.

Personal Information:
I am a Pennsylvania girl who lives in the foothills of the Pocono Mts. Anyone else from this area?

Other Information:
I love to do various puzzles in my spare time - suduko, logic are my favorites. I also love to read books - mysteries, romance and biographies are my personal favorites!

Thanks hon for the nice note and goodie :) I was very happy for the loss last week and was a little surprised also. I didn't expect it as I had eaten out a couple times but I am more than happy to take it! Now to keep the momentum. I hope you are doing fab, how've you been?
