My Goals:
Lose 40lbs and build up my lower body and core.

Get back into derby form in time for the 2013-2014 season!

My Program:
Using the SparkPeople food and exercise trackers - I'm a gamer so earning points as incentive actually means something to me.

Teaming up with one of my best friends for derby training. She won't let me slack off! We're lucky enough to be surrounded by some wonderful derby women who are willing to help us out!

Personal Information:
Minneapolis, MN

I play roller derby - at least I do when I'm not broken. Suffered a tib/fib fracture on 10/15/12, 5 days before my league's first bout of last season.

Other Information:
I'm obsessed with the band Wilco. I've followed them around the country on tour and for their Solid Sound Festival. Can't remember the last time I missed a show in Minnesota. I'm very good at pre-sales and you can usually find me within the first 4 rows at the rock show.

Soooo, you're saying I have to give up my morning coffee? Hell, I usually get a bigger one! And, by the way, there was no whip cream on it, but I couldn't find a food tracker without the whip so I will be amending that entry.

You know, actually tracking food sort of opens your eyes. I'm a bit depressed this morning emoticon

That's right - I had my falafel and fries today. I know...I know...fries bad. More than anything, I was really curious as to how this impacted my food tracker as a reference because I eat this A LOT. Oh, and that stupid morning froo-froo coffee... emoticon
