Well, I sure wish I was at your weight! I got back up to 350, yikes. I also have a fitbit, so here's my plan for this week. I'm going to try to hit 3k steps at least 6 days out of 7 this week. (don't anyone start that it should be 10k or more, I weigh 350, for crying out loud. My body won't let me do that much with starting over again!) A month ago, I was barely getting 1,000 steps on good days, so I think this is a good goal for me for the week.
Sunday, I had 2215 ( I was happy with that, because I'm so sick with the upper respiratory thing). Monday was 3089,yesterday was 3577 and at 430 in the morning, I'm already at 279 steps doing laundry!
