My Goals:
I would really like to lose some wgt, especially in the abdominal area.

I am making eating healthier a priority.

I am trying to get an exercise regime started that does not interfere with my fibromyalgia

My Program:
I joined the 10,000 step pedometer team. Walking is one of the exercises that does not injure my fibromyalgia.

I am following the nutrition tracker faithfully.

My name is Shirley, I live in Mi,, was born in Ky and moved to Chicago, when I was 12. met my husband to be through a mutual friend, got married and then moved to Mi where he was born and raised. That was a very big change for me from being a career person to a farmers wife, but it was a good change.

I am a born again Christian, believe strongly in the power of prayer.

Hi Shirley, thanks for stopping by my blog. Today I took my granddaughter with me to the Y and we went swimming. She had a great time and I enjoyed it also, and that didn't bother my bursitis. We still don't know when we can leave for Kansas, hopping we will learn that tomorrow.

Thanks for the nice words on my last blog, they are sooooo apriciated. Even now I am feeling better about their move and wish them a wonderful transition. It is nice to be retired and be able to go see them more than once a year. GD already said to us that shew wants us to come for birthdays( now thats another year off since she just had hers---kids do say the darndest things). So overall doing much better since the initial shock of it. So thanks for caring to brighten my day.
