My Goals:
Goal #1 Walk at least three miles a day.
Goal #2 Yoga at least 15 minutes a day.
Goal #3 Strengthening exercise (body weight) 5 reps of 10 per day.
Goal #4 Eat smaller portions.
Goal #5 Enjoy life!


My Program:
Goal 1: Walking in the morning and during lunch, at least 15 minutes.
Goal 2: Yoga in the morning and at noon after walking.
Goal #3 Plank, Warrior poses, weight lifting (up to 5lbs)
