Stressed out on College
I'm a predominantly type B who is becoming increasingly type A so, rather than letting myself just get completely freaked out over these things I have to do and being depressed over the other areas of my life I don't like that have nothing to do with school and cultivating my professional life, I have decided to remove certain obstacles from my life.

My Goals:
I want to get healthier, gain muscle and maybe start boxing; but first I'm going to change my eating habits
My Program:
My goal is to lose the fat but keep the muscle. I am eating a diet aimed to help me lose the fat and following a strength training regimen to help increase my strength. I may not reach my weight goal because of this and the muscle gain I'm hoping for, but if I can lose the fat and gain strength I won't care.
