I'm sorry you're not feeling your best today. I hope you're giving yourself a break and loving yourself. You want to be proud of yourself so remind yourself that putting your disappointment on "paper"out there for everyone to see is very brave. Be proud! Everyone has bad days, right now I'm on my second one but that's ok, I'll have a better day tomorrow and so will you SparkFriend!
Thanks for taking the time to read and comment on my blog. I hope your eating is getting better. I have had many days like that and learnedly that the more I stressed about them the harder it was.
