    Mom,
    Just envision yourself where you want to be health wise, weight wise, activity wise. Close your eyes and see it in your head as many times a day as you need to. This is helping me to emoticon ... I also tell myself that I want to be thinner and healthier more than I want to be fat and unhealthy, EVERY SINGLE TIME I think about doing something that will stall my goals or be self-defeating.

    2. Dress Up !! The best way to dress up is to put on a smile. A smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks.

    3 . Learn!! Read as much as you can and gain knowledge about living a healthier lifestyle!

    4. Stand Up!!..... For what you believe in. Stand for something or you will fall for anything.

    5. Look Up !!.. to your next goal and reward. What do you need to do in order to meet or exceed that goal?

    6. Reach Out !!... by encouraging others and being supportive in their times of need.

    7. Lift Up !!.. Your spirit....as this journey is not only about your body and weight loss but the changes with your mind and soul too!

    8, Get moving !! ... Find ways to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Sneak in as much exercise as possible!

    Today is a new day, just do little things every day. Increase your exercise. When you go to your computer, walk to the end of the back hall and then to your chair to increase your steps every day. Just little things will add up. Do 5 leg lifts while sitting on each side several times a day. Flap your arms like a bird until your arms are tired. Anything will add up.
