My Goals:

Personal Information:
Christian woman from Maine now living along the treasure coast of East Florida. Just moved in to my very first brand new home of my own! Taking my weight loss journey one step at a time!

Other Information:
I love to travel and have been on a cross country trip and back in our motor home. I'm an avid reader, like to write short stories and spend time with my two kitties Brady and Brandie---my rays of sunshine. I have many pen pals on line from a Christian web site that are my extended family. I'm a NASCAR fan, like college sports (Syracuse Orange) and my New England Patriots!
Hope to be an encouragement to others on here as they are for me.

Hi emoticon ,
How are you today? Are you getting out and about? Remember to balance out those carbs and proteins, so you will have enough energy to last through out the day.

Also, I don't want you to rely on the scale so much. Remember just because the numbers may not be moving, it doesn't necessarily mean you are not getting fit. Perhaps you are losing inches around your arms, thighs even in your hips and tummy.

It is important to take these measurements as well. I know when I was toning up. This is where I noticed the most difference at first. Because muscle weighs more than fat. But it looks so much better on us, because it's lean and firmer than fat.

So keep that chin up. Follow your plan and just look over the points I post, we all can use a review once in awhile. Keep up your journal so you can refer back to it, it is one of your most valuable tools.
