When the time comes that it is hard to complete a task you can ask yourself if you want to maintain your streak, work on your positive habit or start from the beginning.     Your cats are really beautiful. I live in Dedham, MA with my husband of 51 years. I deal with my depression by going to Curves and doing water fitness 5 days a week. I keep fighting my "I-just-want-to-eat-something-because-I'm-
    bored" every single day. If I get up in the morning and see the number on the scale is below "200" I'm a happy camper emoticon
