    emoticon Thanks again for continuing to comment on my blogs!! Yes, like you, I lost both my folks, but it was six years between, not three. You are so right about going through the stages, not shirking, but not lingering too long either. I guess I should explain that I'm doing some preparatory work, not walking in bereavement just now. (except with friends who are). It's just that that sentence in the book really hit me. Eric Liddell lived his life for GOD's glory, not his own, even when he won the Olympic gold medal. And Duncan Hamilton really captures that focus in his book.
