My name is Eileen. I was born in June, 1951. Right now we are living in Florida at my MIL's house. She is in hospice right now. We were living on the road full time in our motor coach, but have parked it for the time being. We sold our home in Maine last October and headed for the west coast. We saw some amazing country along the way and are looking forward to getting back out on the road when the time comes.

I have been a part of Sparkpeople for some time, but haven't been as serious about my weight loss as I should be. Time to get out my chalk and make that start line again!! Hopefully I will be successful this time. Hope to get to know others on the teams.

My Goals:
My goal right now is to take of 48 pounds. Also want to tone up my muscles and get more in shape.

My Program:
Cutting back on everything I eat---trying to keep within the calorie level set for me. Will be doing exercises--getting in some walking daily and doing stretches.

Stopping by to see how you are doing?
I have been walking on my treadmill 30 minutes. For me to be consistent, I have to do the walk all at the same time. Breaking it up does not work for me.
I have been listening to music as I walk and this helps the time to pass. I lift up the team in my prayer, asking God to bless everyone.
How you doing with the chocolate? I know this is not easy , especially this time of the year.
The principle I have learned is to pull back. If I can go without it for the day this is good, but if I want it, chose a small portion and leave it at that.
I been doing better also in the area of binging. I have not found myself doing this anymore.
