I started SP in March and lost about 5 pounds in 3 months without making any dietary changes and only slightly increasing my exercising. Well, I hit a summertime slump with work being busier than ever, hot temperatures and the temptation of lounging in the pool with an ice cold beer enticing me.

I just saw your message in Leslie Sansone team page. Question I asked about getting small in the legs, but belly and waistline are slow going. I am wearing midrise skinny jeans, they are the only kind that seem to fit at this point. They hug the leg, and are not baggy in the seat, and if a problem with the waist, the midrise seems to work, I just wear longer tops, like henleys. But I can say I finally have seen a difference in the waist as well, just need to keep walking!

Thankee for your blog blurb. Yep, each step adds up...whether good or bad! Im happy to have found tha good path! Yay healthy!!

Congrats on quitting the smokes! I'll be 2 years smoke free come June 15th...but, who's countin? hahaha

Its funny to find out that being "thin" doesnt make rainbows of joy sprout from tha heavens or flash mobs break out when you walk into a place....

its all about YOU! When we learn that WE count....good stuff sorta just starts ta happen!
