The long road to SUCCESS!
Thank god there is sparkpeople! I tell myself that everyday. The motivation from others is priceless. I am going to get where I want to be with my weight, its just going to take some work and its not going to happen tomorrow. It takes time!!! Update: April 24th, 2013 Down 31 pounds and feeling great! I am signing up this week for a 5K race. Start training this Saturday with a group, but I should get out tomorrow and get a head start. Last 5K I ran my time was 45:00 minutes. ...

I am going to get where I want to be with my weight, its just going to take some work and its not going to happen tomorrow. It takes time!!! Update: April 24th, 2013 Down 31 pounds and feeling great! I am signing up this week for a 5K race. Start training this Saturday with a group, but I should get out tomorrow and get a head start. Last 5K I ran my time was 45:00 minutes. So obviously my goal this time around is to beat that time! Update: March 26th, 2013 Another month quickly coming to an end and I am very happy with my progress this month. I am down 22 pounds and feeling great! I feel a difference but not really seeing a difference yet. Trying not to live by the scale, but finding myself wanting to jump on it and see where I'm at. Last couple of weeks have been difficult with tracking calories and intending on getting back on track! I am ready for April! Update: March 7th, 2013 March has started out well. I am working out 6 days a week still and its becoming more of my daily routine. My kids know my routine too. Once they see me pushing the couch out of the way, they know mommy is getting ready to workout. I am not really on a scheduled fitness program. Just picking out whatever sounds good on that day. I am going to order the P90X program. I borrowed some of the DVD's to try it out. I love it and want my own. Lets hope for continued success for the rest of this month! Update: February 23rd, 2013 Feeling proud of myself. Coming up on the last week of February and my last weigh in. My total so far is 7 pounds down for the month. Hopefully I can add to it on Monday. Going to step my game up on Monday and start the P90X program. I have three months till my birthday and would love to be down a pant size by then. So here is to hard work and healthy habits! Wish me luck! Update: February 7, 2013 Happy with my progress so far. I have completed 2 weeks of tracking my fitness and nutrition. I am feeling good and actually looking forward to working out, which is a big deal for me. Going to up my cardio and would love to try Turbo jam. Will have another update at the end of the month on my progress. Happy sparking!
