Been away for quite awhile! My daughter was taking pics at our church Christmas dinner. When I saw this pic I wanted to cry. How did I let my weight get so out of control? I have a trip in August that I want to enjoy and not feel tired the whole time! Time to get to work!!!

Fitness Minutes: 4,976

My Goals:
*To get in routine again with going to my local fitness center! I was doing very well last year, but sadly this past March my gym closed their doors. I was devastated, and my routine dropped to non existent. Needless to say, the weight has come back on plus some.

*Focus more on my nutrition!


My Program:
Membership at my local fitness club, The Centre.

The Centre offers weight room facilities for co-ed or ladies only, there is water aerobics and fitness/cardio classes. So I'm getting my butt in gear and using them!!!

I have joined a challenge that begins September 8th. I will have to log in there, but I will also keep track on here so I will have accountability with other sparkers!

Report dates are as follows:

Starting Weight – Sept. 8
Week 1 – 9/15
Week 2 – 9/22
Week 3 – 9/29
Week 4 – 10/6
Week 5 – 10/13
Week 6 – 10/20
Week 7 – 10/27
Week 8 – 11/3
Week 9 – 11/10
Week 10 – 11/17 End date and hopefully 20 pounds gone!
