Hi, everybody
I'm getting back on track after falling off the wagon for awhile. So much of weight loss and fitness is about forming good habits! So these are the main ones I'm working on: tracking my nutrition, working out every morning, weighing in regularly.

My Goals:
To focus on healthy habits: Eating nutritious, low-cal meals Getting at least 7 hours sleep each night Working out at least 6 days each week If I do these things, I should accomplish my other goal, to get back into my clothes!
My Program:
Pretty much said this above--tracking my food, doing cardio at least 3 X each week, strength 2-3 times, with one "free" exercise day to do whatever I feel like.
Personal Information:
I currently live in Oklahoma but have lived in NC, SC, GA, and LA. I'm a mother of three wonderful, grown boys and have three even more wonderful grandkids.
