My Goals:
-Reach 122 lbs by the end of Fall 2013
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle filled with good eating habits and regular exercise

My Program:
I am watching what I eat, drinking a ton of water, and working out little by little each day. I plan to make the workouts longer and/or more intense with time.

Personal Information:
I am a 19 year old, out of shape ex-rower, who loves the outdoors and water. I love to read, and some say I am a fairly good writer.
