I am tired of this slow steady weight gain. My activities are limited by arthritis and degeneration of my spine and neck. I am finally back to walking and doing some very slow stretching .I do not want to sideline myself again .

My 5% goal is to lose 6.5lbs
My goal weight is 123.5 (which I think is too thin ) really shooting for 125 :)

Personal Information:
I am a Jersey girl.Living in New Mexico these days with my wonderful hubby of 12 years.We have 2 Corgi's ,Satchel the crazy house cats,Chucky the Quaker parrot,a small flock of chickens,turkey's and ,4 pygmy goats . More wild birds then you care to feed.

Other Information:
When I am not playing with birds ,you can still find me working in the garden ,or outdoors some where.
