I'm going to make this happen. I'm tired of not being happy with myself and with the constant weight fluctuations. I will NEVER be a size 2 and I'm perfectly fine with that. I'm not worried about being skinny, just about being healthy. I've done it before and I can and WILL do it again. I'm putting myself first, I need to do something for me and my health before I can't do it and it's too late. I'm more determined now then I have ever been! Update: After falling off the wagon for a little over a month I'm back to try again. I want to make this year, my year! All of it's ups and downs and all that I can accomplish in this time period. This is my journey. Once I reach my goal weight, not matter how long it takes, the journey doesn't stop there. I will make a promise to myself to always keep up on everything that I do to make sure that I maintain everything I've done. Once you reach the goal it doesn't mean your journey ends, it just means a new one is beginning!

    If you're looking for a challenge and ready to make a commitment....I have the challenge for you!

    Biggest Loser is the name. It's a 10 week commitment with 10 teams of 24 members each. Main requirements are to weigh in each week and do the interteam challenges (ITC's). Our inter team challenges) consist of exercise and nutrition. They are very helpful in losing the weight and inches and it's fun to compete with other teams for points.
