Stepping up to the plate and putting myself first.

I'm going to make this happen.

I'm tired of not being happy with myself and with the constant weight fluctuations.

I will NEVER be a size 2 and I'm perfectly fine with that.

I'm not worried about being skinny, just about being healthy.

I've done it before and I can and WILL do it again.

I'm putting myself first, I need to do something for me and my health before I can't do it and it's too late.

I'm more determined ...

Update:

After falling off the wagon for a little over a month I'm back to try again. I want to make this year, my year! All of it's ups and downs and all that I can accomplish in this time period.

This is my journey. Once I reach my goal weight, not matter how long it takes, the journey doesn't stop there. I will make a promise to myself to always keep up on everything that I do to make sure that I maintain everything I've done. Once you reach the goal it doesn't mean your journey ends, it just means a new one is beginning!

I just want to be healthier and lose the weight while I still can. I want to adapt a healthier lifestyle and I want to be happier with myself.

I didn't realize you live in Columbus, we could have met up for coffee when I was there at the beginning of April! Maybe next time. All my stuff is in storage (in Gahanna) and I need to get it out SOON.

Scamp is still a little butterball but I have noticed him having more energy this week and being more active. . Thanks for reading my blog and your comments. . I know if I lose a pound or two I feel metter. Guess it is the same with the puppies.
