My Goals:
Summer is dwindling fast so here are my goals:

Make the most of summer that is left. Beach days, skiing, swimming, fishing, and having fun with family and friends.

Doing exercises throughout day. Need to be flexible, but consistent with exercises. This is the hard part.

Eat balanced meals with SMALL splurges NOW AND THEN. Can easily give into "I am on vacation" voice:/

To have fun and enjoy life. To cherish my family and friends and to be all I can be and to laugh a LOT!!!

My Program:
Exercise 1 hr/day: Cardio (30 min.) & weights (15 min) and
Flexibility (5 min.). This may be broken up through the day.

Try to be active later in day with fun things.

Eat really yummy things within my calorie budget.

Maintain a healthy lifestyle and protect my exercise time from being dropped due to lack of time. Now trying to add short routines throughout day so when I do miss morning workout, I still did something.

IT IS AN ADVENTURE SO HAVE A BLAST!!!

Laugh and enjoy the people in your life.

Welcome to Panhandle Sparkers. I started with SP and lost 20 pounds, then gained it all back and had to start over. The second time I was even more determined and lost 60 pounds. I've kept it off for 4 years...and I will never go back.
