I see that awhile back you joined the Living Binge Free team. Welcome!We concentrate more on learning to eat sanely in all situations with all foods rather than directly on weight loss. Over time, we can learn to be happy with and even prefer lot less manufactured food and less food in general. I've put in over 4 years and lost about 40 lbs., about 21% of my former weight.
