Welcome to Sparks!!! It's great to meet you and I know you're going to love it here! The information and the tracking tools are just the best! And, the friendships that you�ll make � super great! Everyone is supporting one another and what better way to get to that goal than with those great friendships and support along the way!

I'm a working Mom too, so I'm with ya there! Life can definitely be hectic and the time we are able to concentrate and work on our own health, tends to get pushed behind -- but congrats to you on making the decision that this is your time! It's probably one of the best decisions you have ever made for yourself!! I know it was for me -- so stay determined and motivated -- this is your time, Mom! We can do it for ourselves and for our families! Health and Happiness all the Way!!
