Pressing on to the 150s!

Some of my triggers:
1) Coffee makes me want to eat everything in sight.
2) So does bread. I'm giving it up for this challenge.
3) Chocolate gingers - best not even look at them.

Solution: I've been off coffee almost a month now. I bought high fiber slimwiches, high fiber muffins, and high fiber Wasa crackers to substitute for my usual bread. I'm leaving the chocolate gingers at the Coop.

Things that satisfy without creating cravings:

Solution here: Guard against over doing it.

My Fall 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment is:
Strength Training x 2
Walking one mile daily x 5
Flexibility x2 per week

Solution: Do it anyways. My days are very busy.

Areas of weakness:
1) Too little fiber. I tend to be very irregular which plays havoc with a stable weight loss.

Solution: I'm tracking for 6 freggies daily and adding fiber gummier.

2) Grabbing a quick lunch.

Solution: Make it a bean soup to avoid the processed foods.

Lots of work in the garden today as it really does need taming. My husband can no longer do any gardening so it is down to me. The summer has been lovely and the garden has beocme a bit of a jungle. So lots of pruning and tiding up has been done.
