Can I do it?

I am 27 years old, 5'10 and weigh 190. My self esteem is very low and I am looking to lose about 40 pounds, the weight I was before I had my son 8 years ago. I go to the gym 5 days a week, but still don't feel like it is helping me to get in better shape or lose any weight. I need to learn some better eating habits, so that is one of the reasons I signed up for Sparkpeople. Any help or useful info, please send it my way.

My Goals:

My Program:
It is really hard for me to eat healthy having my son and husband around. I do exercise about 5 days a week though, but that isn't enough for me to lose weight. My problem is in what I eat, or how much of it I eat.

Other Information:
I love scrapbooking.
I love animals.
I love my family.
I love sweets.

Wow! You are doing fantastic on fitness! The food tracker on spark seriously helps you see what you're eating. It might help you too!
