Hi All,

I am a Type 2 Diabetic that is overweight and tired of it. I have already lost 100 pounds once. I then regained 52 pounds thanks to some medical issues. I'm now again trying to lose the 52 and then some. I know slow and steady wins the race so I'm trying to keep my head up and keep on moving!

bike between 7 - 10 miles per day

My Program:
I eat a high fiber moderate to low carb diet sticking to between 12 - 1500 calories a day

I try and do between 50 - 75mins cardio daily and I alternate core, upper body, core, lower body, core exercises daily
