Better Late than Never!

Hi, my name is Sarah and I am a proud mom to two boys ages 3 and 5. I have struggled with my weight most of my life and it seems like I have always been on a diet. I'm tired of it! My goal is to lose 100 pounds to start with by healthy eating and daily exercise, and to keep it off. No more Yo-Yo ing and no more diets; no more giving up. With God's help I will do this!

My Goals:
My starting goals are to lose 100 pounds, eat a healthy diet with at least 4 fruits and vegetables daily, and to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day.

My Program:
I have joined the YMCA and I am doing a variety of aqua aerobic classes; I plan on trying other classes as well. I am using SparkPeople to track my calories and fitness. I am trying to cut back on carbs and eat more fruits and vegetables.

Personal Information:
I am from Champaign, Illinois.

Other Information:
I love reading (J.R.R. Tolkien is my favorite author), quilting, sewing, crafts, spending time with my family, writing, gardening (carnivorous plants are my favorite) and keeping tropical fish.
