My Goals:
I will lose 20 lbs. by October 2014; I will have a flat, toned belly as well as toned biceps and thighs by October 2014.

My Program:
K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Sweetie)! I eat good quality, lean protein and high fiber foods; and water, water, WATER! Additionally, I incorporate cardio workouts 2-3 times per week and incorporate strength training workouts (such as Yoga, pilates & stability ball) 2-3 times per week; I revel in good QUALITY sleep.

I am an actress living in Los Angeles and I choose to be healthy and toned and long and lean!

Thank you for the workout shoes goodie!!! I love those little encouragements. I did read your response in the thread and you are in amazing shape. Good luck with your next race! One longer term goal I have is to try a 5K run next summer at the baseball park in St Louis. Best wishes!

I love your response to "One Exercise You'd Never Do in Public." My fiancÚ and I JUST had this chat. He works out with the free weights at the gym all the time and tries to encourage me to join him, but even with him there I feel REALLY uncomfortable! It's time for me to start building strength, though, so I too am going to have to get over it ;)
