K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Sweetie)! I eat good quality, lean protein and high fiber foods; and water, water, WATER! Additionally, I incorporate cardio workouts 2-3 times per week and incorporate strength training workouts (such as Yoga, pilates & stability ball) 2-3 times per week; I revel in good QUALITY sleep.

I love your response to "One Exercise You'd Never Do in Public." My fiancÚ and I JUST had this chat. He works out with the free weights at the gym all the time and tries to encourage me to join him, but even with him there I feel REALLY uncomfortable! It's time for me to start building strength, though, so I too am going to have to get over it ;)
