    I'm so glad you are back!! I'm sorry to hear that you've gained the weight back but you're right I am failing right now as well and have gained most of what I lost last year myself. All but 10 pounds. So here I sit. I'm trying to reevaluate my program and my way of thinking to see if maybe there are some tweaks that will help me stick to the program for once. Zumba is great. I really enjoy it and it burns a ton of calories. I haven't done it in a few months but I'm planning on starting back up on Monday. I have Zumba for the Xbox One and do it on there. Classes can be really expensive but if you have a gaming system the game is well worth the price and you'll get way more use for the money compared to paying for classes. We can do this..I know we can..the fact we keep coming back to Spark means we haven't and won't give up.

    Thanks so much for the goodie :) I weighed in up today at 251.8 but I checked in mid week last week and was at 255.8 so I am highly impressed with the work I've done. I'm still not feeling 100% up to snuff but now that it's been 2 weeks worth of's time to stop babying myself and slowly (very slowly) get back into exercise and seriously track my food. Tomorrow my goal is to track EVERYTHING..hopefully in range but if long as it's tracked I'll be happy! Let me know how your weigh in goes! Good luck!

    Oh I love salads! I don't put any extra veggies in except sometimes mushrooms and onions but thats it. The rest is serving of cheese and dressing. I also have had PMS this week and have had two nights of binge eating. I'm really hoping to break the cycle tonight. That will give me 4 good days till weigh in. I also have been thinking I need to do away with a set cheat day a week. I think it's really hurting my progress both mentally and physically. I'm ok with a cheat meal a week but a whole day set is killing me I'm afraid. It enables my binge eating monster and I really want him to stay at bay!
