Really Living

I am a forty one year old woman with a desire to really live life, not just sit on the sidelines. I started putting on weight in my early twenties. Knowing I have never been athletic, I used that as an excuse for not trying, for not exercising. Because of those decisions, I lived a fairly sedentary life and did not look for ways to get moving. I also want to avoid some of the health difficulties that my mom and dad have acquired due to poor nutritional choices and an inactive lifestyle. I am learning to be strong and healthy.

My Goals:
Goal 1: Lose 10 pounds (haircut at my favorite salon)
Goal 2: Lose a total of 20 pounds (manicure)
Goal 3: Lose a total of 30 pounds (manicure and pedicure)
Goal 4: Lose a total of 40 pounds (new outfit not purchased at a thrift store)
Goal 5: Lose a total of 48 pounds, my first big goal to get out of the obesity range (either a Kuerig coffee maker or a Kitchen Aid mixer).

My Program:
1: Limit soda consumption to one serving a week or less.
2: drink 8 glasses of water a day, increasing my spark streak to 30 days.
3: At least 10 minutes of fitness a day
4: Watch my Nutrition Tracker closely and try to stay within the recommended limits.
