Moving along slowly but surely

I have lost some weight recently by converting to the whole plant-based diet. I haven't converted over to it entirely but try to keep animal proteins limited to Catfish Fridays.

My Goals:
Long Term: I want to get to a healthy weight in order to be able to remain active my entire life, to increase my endurance and stamina and so I can feel more comfortable in tight spaces.
Medium:
Jan 30 - 194
Do a pullup
Short Term: Complete the my 30-day challenge and lose 3 lbs by Feb 13th




My Program:
1. Cardio for 30 mins each day.
2. Strength training 3 times per week.
3. No more than 45 carbs per meal (Type II Diabetic)
4. 25-35g Fiber daily
5. No more than 10% animal protein.

My smoothie challenge is going well. I have had one every day since December 31st. I am surprised at how good they are.
