Summer 2010 - I will meet my goals by then!

By Summer 2010 my goal is to lose 35-40 lbs which equals about 5 pounds a month. That is a very attainable goal! I have learned in the past that I make goals which are tough to attain, but I believe this one is one I can achieve!

24 weeks until June 2010, so I need to lose approx 1.5 lbs/week.
Week 1 Goal - 1.5 lbs (Actual -3 lbs ) (Started 12/29/09)
Week 2 Goal - 1.5 lbs (Actual -1 lb ) (4 lbs total)
Week 3 Goal - 1.5 lbs (Actual -1.4 lbs ) (-5.4 lbs total) ...

My Goals:

My Program:
May 1 2009 - Shoulder Rehab - DONE

Oct 1 - Jillian 30 day shred - Postponed

Currently - Any form of cardio - 45 minutes a day. Ab exercises every other day.

Personal Information:
I live near Detroit, Michigan and work in Purchasing field for after market industry.

I enjoy surrounding myself with people who have the same interest as me - Sports - Fitness type stuff!.

I love sports. I play softball, basketball, golf, bowl. I coach my son's and daughters soccer and baseball team. I root for all Detroit and Michigan sports teams! :)

I'm completely anal about the tracking. And I was definitely driving my husband crazy when he was cooking, because I wanted to know every single morsel he put in stuff.

As far as the treadmill...I've been taking a towel and covering up the numbers. I only let my heart rate show. Then I zone out on the TV and get distracted until...voila...I've run 5 miles :)

Yes, what the HELL is wrong with that team???? I saw them play A&M and I was scared during that game. But at least I got to say that I saw a #1 team play... they're just not #1 anymore.

Been super busy lately too, so no worry about the infrequent visits. I'm excited about my workout room, but it will have like nothing in there. I actually just need my elliptical and a TV with trash DVDs to watch. I'll be an expert on Real Housewives of OC soon!!!

I'm really excited about making the next challenge! My head is already full of ideas. I'll def have to do something bonus points wise focusing on the weekend. . . that's when the majority of us seem to kick it!

Hey Skill! DH was bummed he didn't get to eat all the good treats since we didn't go to our superbowl party. Poor guy had to stay up by himself to watch it since I was in bed by 8:30 or so. The flu actually hit all of us but I swear I had it the worst, go figure.

I've missed being around too. I've been trying to get caught up from my trip then I get caught up and get sick so I'm playing catch up again but I'm almost there. I miss the daily chit chat!

Alcohol?!?!?! What's up with that??? No I'm just teasing. I know I couldn't go without so I can't give you a hard time. Maintaining is definitely better than gaining so your doing something right. Get back your motivation Skill and let's get that scale moving ok?? I wouldn't mind my scale to read a little lower. It's definitely getting there since I've been sick so now I just need to get back at eating healthy.

I think skipping 226 sounds like a great plan. Make extra healthy choices and cut out the junk ok??
